In 1985 Dr. Hart established his private
practice in Bethlehem. He received a BA from Temple University, Philadelphia Pennsylvania in 1979. He received DPM from The Pennsylvania College of Podiatric Medicine in 1983. Dr. Hart performed his surgical residency at the Podiatry Hospital of Pittsburgh. Dr Hart is on staff: Muhlenberg Hospital Center, Bethlehem Pennsylvania, St. Luke's Hospital, Bethlehem Pennsylvania and Sacred Heart Hospital of Allentown Pennsylvania. Dr. Hart is Board Certified by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery and is certified in foot surgery. He is also certified by the American Board of Podiatric Orthopedics. Dr. Hart participates in and is a member of various professional organizations, including: Fellow, American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons Fellow, American College of Foot and Ankle Orthopedics Member American Podiatric Medical Association Member Pennsylvania Podiatric Medical Association Member and Past President of the Lehigh Valley Podiatric Medical Association Member Executive Board of the Pennsylvania Podiatric Medical Association Board Member William Goldfarb Education Foundation
